Eric Massell
Eric has over 20 years of experience in investment management, complex corporate restructurings, and operational efficiency. Most recently, he served as EVP of Finance at Randolph Square IP, where he oversaw the asset manager’s day-to-day operations and CFO functions, including the origination, structuring, and management of a $150M litigation finance portfolio. Previously, as a Director at Protiviti, Eric led comprehensive balance sheet and operational restructurings for public and private corporations in both Chapter 11 and out-of-court environments. His restructuring track record includes managing the reorganization of over $4 billion of indebtedness for a subprime mortgage originator and directing grantor liquidation trusts, overseeing all wind-down, asset liquidation, and distribution activities. Eric’s experience also includes serving as Director of Operations Improvement for Hospital Corporation of America (HCA) and as an Audit Associate at KPMG. Eric is a CPA and graduated from James Madison University with a B.B.A. in Accounting.
