J.P. focuses on Restructurings and Structured Capital Solutions. He leads liquidity modeling, restructuring analyses, and lender presentations across distressed and special-situations mandates, working directly with CxOs, sponsors, lenders and legal counsel. Prior to Alastar, J.P. spent two years in Riveron’s Restructuring & Turnaround Services group, supporting Chapter 11 filings, debt refinancings and operational wind-downs. His experience spans telecom infrastructure services, civil services and asphalt distribution, heavy-equipment leasing, aerospace manufacturing and assembly, consumer manufacturing, and specialty finance. J.P. has developed 13-week cash flows, wind-down and liquidation models, recovery analyses, payment-governance frameworks, and customer-level profitability analyses to support transactions and complex negotiations both in and out of court. J.P. graduated from Wake Forest University with a B.A. in Philosophy.
