J.P. Marcos
J.P. focuses on restructurings and capital solutions. At Alastar, he has worked across a range of mandates, including CRO support in the Chapter 11 of a fiber construction business with $380 million in revenues and creditor-side advisory in the Chapter 11 of a multinational auto parts business with $5 billion in revenues. Before joining Alastar, J.P. spent two years in Riveron's Restructuring and Turnaround Services practice, where he led liquidity forecasting and cash flow management on debtor-side engagements for sponsor-backed middle-market companies across the aerospace, specialty finance, and consumer products sectors. J.P. graduated from Wake Forest University with a B.A. in Philosophy, with minors in Politics & International Affairs and Economics. He is a member of the Turnaround Management Association (TMA), the Association of Insolvency & Restructuring Advisors (AIRA), and the American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI).
