J.P. focuses on Restructurings and Structured Capital Solutions, working on liquidity modeling, restructuring analyses, and lender presentations across distressed and special-situations mandates. He works directly with management teams, sponsors, lenders, and legal counsel in support of negotiations and restructuring processes both in and out of court. Prior to joining Alastar, J.P. spent just under two years in Riveron’s Restructuring & Turnaround Services group, supporting Chapter 11 filings, debt refinancings, and operational wind-downs. His experience spans telecom infrastructure services, asphalt distribution, heavy-equipment leasing, aerospace manufacturing and assembly, consumer manufacturing, and specialty finance. J.P. graduated from Wake Forest University with a B.A. in Philosophy.
